The bill is available online—now that’s it is passed, of course—and it’s not pretty. Since much of it modifies the Federal Elections Act of 1971, it is not easy to read unless you have both documents side-​​by-​​side to cross-​​reference. You see, Thursday night she rammed HR 5175, the DISCLOSE Act, through the House by the now familiar 219–206 vote. This is a blatantly unconstitutional act that targets the Tea Party movement. As if that’s not bad enough, she reportedly used a provision of “Martial Law” to call a vote without debate.
